Updates for Weekend of October 25-26

Phased Restroom Renovations are Underway!

Big change: The upper level restrooms are currently For Women Only.

Ladies: You’ll head to the usual area, but you’ll use the original men’s room while the original women’s room is renovated. Once that room is complete, you’ll move back to the “new and improved” women’s room while the original men’s room is redone.

Gentlemen: The Men’s Rooms are located outside the main entrance in a temporary trailer during the restroom renovations.

The men’s restroom trailer has 4 fully modern bays that include heating, lighting, ventilation, flushable toilets, and sinks with running water. You might end up preferring these to the old ones! But don’t get too attached, they’re only here for a short while.

The outdoor men’s rooms are not ADA-accessible. There is a single-stall ADA-accessible restroom on the lower level with limited access. Please note: From 10am - Noon on Sunday, the lower level restroom will be off-limits to anyone outside of the Children’s Ministry area except for those with accessibility needs. Thank you for helping maintain safety and security in the Children’s Ministry area.

Yes fellas, answering the call of nature will require heading out into the elements for a time. It might be worth cutting back on coffee intake for the next few weeks! The contractors are working as quickly as possible to keep the number of days required for the restroom renovations to a minimum. The estimate is 6-8 weeks. Thank you for making this sacrifice.

Beam Signing October 25 & 26!

Steel work is underway! You’re invited to come sign one of the beams!

Stop by the area outside the future main entrance October 25th or 26th before or after service to sign a beam!

Sign your name, jot a prayer or a blessing or a favorite verse. Make your mark on Thanksgiving’s future!

You’ll see Thanksgiving flags marking the area. The beams will be just inside the construction fence through the gates to the parking lot next to the old nursery. Wheelchair accessible.

Repeats from the previous post:

The back wall of the worship center has been removed! Room-divider partitions are being used to maintain a defined ‘hallway’ along the back of the Worship Center

There are ‘doorway’ openings between the dividers in multiple places to allow easy passage in and out of the worship space.

Donuts and coffee will be in their usual spots.

The Cry Room is under construction and unavailable this weekend.

We hope to have the Cry Room re-opened in two weeks.

The Welcome Center can be found just inside the set of double doors in the west hallway (the side to your left as you’re seated in the worship center).

The Welcome Center sign is hanging from the ceiling so it’ll be easy to find.

Our team will be there, ready to greet you and have a conversation or answer any questions you have. Stop on by!

Thank you for your patience, spirit of adventure, and willingness to adapt. Our time together in worship and community makes this worthwhile!

See you in worship!
