We are committed to investing deeply in the faith and formation of our next generation, and we believe this season presents an exciting opportunity to strengthen that mission.
To support and equip our students and their families, we are opening a new NextGen Director position focused on leading our Senior High Ministry while also supporting other areas of NextGen as needed.
This role will play a key part in helping students encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and build meaningful relationships within our church community.

Residency
We believe deeply in investing in the
next generation of leaders

That’s why we’re excited to partner with Leadership Pathway to launch a brand new two-year Children’s Ministry Residency Program.
This residency will equip a participant with both the soft skills of being a great teammate and leader, as well as the practical, hands-on skills needed to thrive in Children’s Ministry. It’s a unique opportunity to grow spiritually, develop leadership confidence, and serve in meaningful ways.
